George Fox University announces a parttime adjunct instructor position in the College of Business to begin in August 2025. This position is teaching the topic of Strategic Management. This course is scheduled to run one section in the Fall 2025 Semester on Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00 pm to 1:15pm and two sections in the Spring 2026 Semester on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:25am 10:40am and 12:00 pm to 1:15pm. Job Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Teaching the undergraduate capstone course in Strategic Management 1 section in the fall 2 sections in the spring).
- Instructing students on core business strategy concepts major theories and influential scholars in the field.
- Facilitating realworld application projects integrating practical business challenges into the course.
- Teaching courses in alignment with the universitys mission and learning objectives.
- Developing and implementing effective instructional strategies that promote student engagement.
- Providing timely and constructive feedback on student work.
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance grades and student performance.
- Utilizing the universitys learning management system (Canvas) for course management.
- Maintaining professionalism and adhering to university policies.
- Communicating effectively and courteously with others including employees students and the public in a spirit of teamwork respect and customer service.
- By actions words and lifestyle be a Christian role model to students whether through casual contact or in a formal supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience working cross culturally with respect appreciation and humility.

We Are Looking for Candidates Who Have:
- Minimum of an MBA degree or equivalent graduate degree acceptable.
- Substantial leadership experience in strategic management with experience teaching in secondary education.
- Demonstrated ability to apply strategic management concepts in professional or academic settings.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills to engage students in a capstone learning experience.

- Residence in the state of Oregon or Washington.
