Job Description
Crystal Springs is seeking a fulltime Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Assonet MA. In this role you will play a critical part in supporting our employees and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws. WHATS IN IT FOR YOU
With a salary range of $60000 $65000/year this position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values professionalism employee development and operational excellence. This is a fulltime position with a standard 40hour workweek.
All that you need is:
- 5 years of HR Generalist experience or a combination of education training and experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Expertise in ADP Workforce Now
- Experience handling employee relations performance reviews and compliance
- Strong ability to manage communication between departments and employees
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
As a Human Resources Generalist you will be responsible for managing employee relations conducting counseling sessions and overseeing outplacement and exit interviews. You will also facilitate training performance management onboarding and policy implementation while ensuring compliance with employment laws. A key aspect of this position involves administering HR policies and procedures maintaining accurate records and reports to meet EEO and BRC regulations and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is essential as you will manage HRIS functions to maintain accurate employee data.
