Job Description
PreK Assistant Teacher
Location: Tewksbury MA
AlphaBEST: After School is where adventures begin!
At AlphaBest our students are filled with curiosity and wonder! As their guide youll lead them through fun learning activities with plenty of support and training.
Schedule: MondayFriday Full Time
Pay & Benefits:
- $!7.00/hour

As an AlphaBEST Guide youll be trained and have the chance to do the following:
- Plan and facilitate core programming to advance the physical social emotional and intellectual development of children.
- Work collaboratively with peers to share programrelated information and complete adventurous tasks that ignite a childs sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on the students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring familyoriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- some college coursework in early childhood education or a related field preferred
- Experience working with special needs children is strongly preferred
- Experience working with preschool children or schoolage children in a group setting preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
