Job Description
Food Service and Presentation:
- Maintaining Food Presentation: Keeping the buffet area visually appealing and organized by ensuring food is neatly arranged and presented attractively.
- Replenishing Items: Stocking the buffet with food beverages and condiments throughout the service to ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Assisting Guests: Providing assistance with food selections explaining menu items and addressing guest inquiries.
Cleanliness and Organization:
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the buffet area clean and tidy by clearing used plates wiping down surfaces and ensuring a hygienic environment.
- Setting Tables: Setting tables with clean linens silverware and condiments.
- Clearing Tables: Removing used dishes and glassware from tables and placing them in designated areas.
Other Responsibilities:
- Greeting Guests: Welcoming guests to the buffet area in a friendly and professional manner.
- Responding to Guest Needs: Addressing guest requests and concerns in a timely and helpful manner.
- Reporting Issues: Reporting any issues or concerns regarding food beverages or service to the supervisor.
- Stocking and Refilling: Stocking serving areas with condiments refills and other supplies.
