Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren GM Global Technical Center three times per week at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business.
Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate financial performance of GM North America (GMNA) with regard to shortterm and longterm operational goals budgets and forecasts
Support creation of yearly financial objectives that align with GMNAs plan for growth and expansion
Prepare and present monthly financial reports including cash flow and risks & opportunities to the Director of GMNA Finance
Maintain outstanding relationships with business partners including Capital Global Product Development Policy & Warranty etc. to understand business drivers and variances to the forecast
Lead by example displaying GM behaviors commitment to personal development and dedication to crafting a positive Workplace of Choice culture
Provides understanding of the bigger picture and how projects relates to operational strategy / Enterprise goals
Anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive)

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business or related field
3 years of Finance or Accounting experience
Highly motivated and results driven
Strong analytical and technical skills
High business acumen strategic thinking and succinct storytelling
Evidence of strong character and integrity
Collaborates effectively across Finance and crossfunctionally
Ability to organize and plan multiple assignments and deadlines in an ambiguous and continually changing environment
Reacts to and addresses urgent requests in a timely highquality manner
