Position Summary:
Lead shipping and/or receiving functions within the Central Stores Facility to support global spare parts/equipment distribution to KimberlyClark mills and affiliates according to plan. Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within assigned function(s) to achieve established metrics and service level agreements (SLA) working as part of an integrated team of KC and 3PL resources. Contribute to flow to the work needs to ensure coverage in all warehouse functions and continuously promote safety.
Major Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to customers by contributing to damage free accurate and onschedule shipments meet rush requests effectively and efficiently answer questions and troubleshoot issues via phone and/or email communications.
Demonstrate SME capabilities within assigned function(s) including being the process owner maintaining Standard Operating Processes (SOP) and training of teammates.
Execute safe material handling practices in loading/unloading deliveries and comply with all DOT US export and foreign government import requirements.
Continually promote a safe work environment sharing improvement opportunities with broader team.
Contribute to accurate warehouse inventory practices and participate in Cycle Counting activities.
Demonstrate flexibility to adapt and contribute to changing business priorities with knowledge to flowtothework as required.
Participate in rotating after hours oncall schedule which enables US mills to obtain spare parts in a machine down situation.
Ensure actions comply with all internal control procedures and is consistent with KCs Code of Conduct and in compliance with all corporate safety regulatory and sustainability requirements.
