Group Leader: Before / After School Teacher Parttime
AlphaBEST: After School is where adventure begins!
At AlphaBest our students are filled with curiosity and wonder! As their guide youll lead them through fun learning activities with plenty of support and training.
Location: Oro Valley area possible locations include: Copper Creek Elementary Wilson Elementary Painted Sky Elementary Innovation Academy
Schedule: No weekends! We operate Monday through Friday before and after school. Shift times vary depending on location but are typically 1.52 hours long for mornings and 34 hours long for afternoons.
Pay & Benefits:
- $15.00$16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

As an AlphaBEST Guide youll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a group of student explorers through exciting adventures in fitness the arts technology and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers to ignite childrens sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring familyoriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
Heres what youll need:
- 18 years old and six months of verifiable childcare experience is preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be registered (or become registered) and have full clearance from the AZ childcare licensing agency
- Proof of experience as required by AZ childcare licensing regulations
