The hourly rate for this role at the time of posting is estimated to be within the range below based on class standing. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location experience knowledge and skills.
Sophomore: $20 $24 per hour
Junior: $21 $27 per hour
Senior: $23 $29 per hour

Tasks & Qualifications:
- You must be a fulltime student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Actively pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or another related field of study.
- Currently a junior or senior.
- Expecting this to be a fulltime role for summer 2025 and potentially transitioning into a part time role during theschool year.
- Job Duties:
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collecting analyzing and presenting data related to supply chain processes.
- Assisting in generating reports on supplier performance delivery timelines and operation efficiency.
- Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like delivery times order accuracy and cost reduction metrics.
- Vendor Communication
- Helping with vendor communication regarding procurement and order statuses.
- Managing documentation and ensuring all necessary contracts and agreements are in place.
- Order Processing and Management
- Assisting in processing and tracking vendor order licenses and contracts.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of supply chain principles and concepts (procurement logistics warehousing etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for data analysis and reporting).
- Familiarity with SCM software (i.e. SAP).
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
