Job Description
Your role as Sales Development Representative
Reporting to Manager Sales Development you will contribute to the mission of the Sales Development Representative by executing topoffunnel activities and creating meaningful opportunities to help fuel the sales teams pipeline.
What youll be doing:
- Cold calling volume of 80 calls per day with the intent to qualify key leads
- Hunting for new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
- Conducting highlevel conversations with HR managers executives and business owners in prospect accounts
- Creating a great first impression to prospects and customers by providing an unrivaled experience
- Achieving monthly quotas of qualified opportunities pipeline attribution and closed business

- A longterm interest in a clientfacing sales career
- The drive to connect over the phone grow your digital presence and stay adaptable in a fastchanging environment
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the health and wellness industry
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken (bilingualism an asset)
- Experience in selling private healthcare services to HR departments to companies is a huge plus
Please note that as we serve customers across Canada bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
