What Youll Do:
As a Machine Operator you will handle the setup operation troubleshooting final inspection and assembly of the graphic material in an ontime complete and errorfree way.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
- Reviews the production order and blue prints with the material allocated to ensure accuracy and a highquality product that aligns to the customer specifications.
- Maneuvers material to set up within the machine with adherence to the layout schedule and safety requirements.
- Performs the setup operation troubleshooting and changeover of the various machines and tooling to ensure accurate and efficient output within the areas of printing cutting plotting slitting striping splicing trimming finishing etc.
- Continually verifies measurements and inspects the material quality to ensure adherence with customer specifications and to minimize waste/rejects.
- Prepares the finished product for the next step adding paperwork/labels with gently rolling and boxing material where appropriate.
- Completes production records and material tags after the production run ensuring complete accurate and thorough information.
- Inspects the finished material/roll to ensure the deliverance of a highquality product.
- Collaborates and/or mentors others to continually help build the skillset of the team.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area for efficient processes.
- Supports other areas of Operations as needed for the mutual success of the team.
Position Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Experience: 1 years of related experience in printing or operating computerdriven machines preferred; will train the right person.
- Certification(s): N/A
- Functional Skills: This role requires the ability to perform machine set up operation and light troubleshooting. High attention to detail with an ability to read and understand documents procedures and blue print specifications along with the ability to match part numbers accurately. Basic math and counting skills are required. This role also requires strong prioritization skills attention to details as well as an ability to multitask (running a machine and assembling product at the same time) with creative problemsolving skills to think through issues in a fastpaced environment to meet output goals.
- Technology Aptitude/Skills: Basic computer skills data entry basic machine operation.
- Language Skills: Basic reading writing and verbal English communication skills.
- Leadership/Behaviors: Strong work ethic energy level pace and values; strong focus on the customer quality and accuracy with the flexibility to move to priorities throughout the operation areas following all Safety requirements.

Other Important Information:
Pay/Salary: Hourly position based on skills

Reports To: Production Supervisor
Core Hours: 5:00 am to 2:30 pm; Halfday on Friday
Typical Work Week: MF; 40 45 hours a week on average during peak times.

Work/Environment: Manufacturing environment. Requires good vision with ability to see colors.
