POSITION OVERVIEW

Nakoa Analytic Solutions is seeking a cleared Business Process Improvement Consulting Manager II to support a highpriority Intelligence Community (IC) customer mission in Bethesda MD. This 100 ONSITE role is a hybrid of strategic project management and enterprise data management leadership requiring a candidate who can simultaneously manage operational delivery and drive enterpriselevel data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of managing crossfunctional projects improving missioncritical business processes and influencing data governance practices across multiple IC elements.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead enterprise business process reengineering efforts driving operational improvements that align with strategic goals and mission objectives.
  • Manage project schedules deliverables milestones and reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Support or lead the development of enterprise data governance frameworks including metadata management data cataloging stewardship models and policy documentation.
  • Coordinate lifecycle data management activities to ensure secure accessible interoperable and highquality data across the enterprise.
  • Oversee data quality initiatives including assessments cleansing and migration readiness strategies in alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between mission partners analysts and technical teams to translate organizational priorities into clear data and process requirements.
  • Facilitate ICwide collaboration to promote data interoperability governance alignment and integration of key programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain key business artifacts such as SOPs process flows and strategic planning documents.
  • Deliver highquality briefings dashboards reports and presentations to executive leadership providing actionable insight to support decisionmaking.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Active TS/SCI clearance. If you do not have this clearance DO NOT APPLY.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Management Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • 10 years of experience within the Intelligence Community (IC) with a demonstrated understanding of mission structures data environments and interagency operations.
  • 5 years of project management experience including experience managing enterpriselevel programs or business transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in the following:
    • Leading or supporting enterpriselevel data governance frameworks
    • Lifecycle data management (metadata stewardship cataloging)
    • Data quality enforcement including cleansing and migration
    • Driving ICwide integration or data interoperability initiatives
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills; able to synthesize complex data and operational needs into missionaligned strategies.
  • Experience working across teams and briefing senior IC leadership.
