Job Description
Afterschool Teacher Goldsmith Elementary School Huntsville Elementary Schools.
AlphaBEST: After School is where adventure begins!
At AlphaBEST our students are filled with curiosity and wonder! As their Group Leader youll lead them through fun learning activities with plenty of support and training.
Location Needed: GoldsmithSchiffman Elementary School 1210 Taylor Road Owens Cross Roads AL 35763
Schedule: Part time MondayFriday 2pm6pm No weekends! Must be available all five days at those hours.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader youll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a group of student through exciting adventures in fitness the arts technology and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers to ignite childrens sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring familyoriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
Heres what youll need:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 6 months experience instructing children in a group setting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be registered and have full clearance from the state childcare licensing agency
- Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
