The Indian market represents a significant growth opportunity for Mixpanel driven by the expanding digital economy and the increasing focus on datadriven decisionmaking.

About the Role

As the Country Lead India reporting to the APAC Director you will be responsible for driving Mixpanels growth and revenue in the Indian market. You will be the primary point of contact for customers partners and prospects and serve as Mixpanels ambassador in India.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of Account Executives & Account Managers
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive GoToMarket (GTM) strategy for the Indian market.
  • Achieving and exceeding overall revenue targets for India including new business renewals and upsells.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the region fostering growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivating and managing strategic partnerships to expand Mixpanels reach and market presence.
  • Identifying and onboarding new partners enabling them to effectively promote and sell Mixpanel.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to tailor messaging and campaigns for the Indian market.
  • Proactively prospecting qualifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Accurately forecasting sales and maintaining uptodate records in Salesforce.

About the Ideal Candidate

You are a selfstarter and a builder passionate about creating and driving growth. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a dynamic environment. You have a deep understanding of the Indian market and the ability to develop and execute effective GTM strategies. You are passionate about product analytics and its ability to drive business value. You have a strong network within the Indian business and startup ecosystem ideally with experience in analytics or SaaS solutions. You are a skilled communicator and presenter capable of delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations. You are a highly motivated and resultsoriented leader committed to building Mixpanels presence in India. You have a proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth within the Indian market.

Organizational Support Structure

  • You will report directly to the APAC Director.
  • You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineering Customer Success Services Marketing and Inside Sales teams.
  • You will leverage the existing partner ecosystem to build a strong local support structure within India.

Were Looking For Someone Who Has

  • At least 710 years of experience in sales business development or related roles within the Indian market.
  • Strong background in Product Management Analytics or SaaS.
  • Extensive experience working within the Indian market.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing multichannel GTM strategies for the Indian market.
  • Experience in both account management and new business acquisition within India.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to conduct product demonstrations.
  • Experience working with Clevel executives and senior management within Indian companies.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets within the Indian market.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian business culture.
