Job Description Summary

The Manufacturing Process Operator is responsible for operating grinding/polishing/deburr machines/tools pressure washers grit blasters pickle tanks paint equipment materialmoving equipment (forklifts jib/gantry cranes etc. and related shop equipment/tools.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Operate a variety of production equipment and tooling.

  • Operate grinding/polishing/deburr machines/tools pressure washers grit blasters pickle tanks paint equipment materialmoving equipment (forklifts jib/gantry cranes etc. and related shop equipment/tools.

  • Prepare components for painting including cleaning and masking

  • Size blend and measure various components using a wide range of equipment/tools.

  • Will have ownership of compliance safety quality and productivity in position of responsibilities.

  • Must be a flexible team player and participate with problem solving and continuous improvements.

  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of mechanical/electrical experience in a manufacturing environment using electrical pneumatic and manual hand tools
  • High school diploma GED or equivalent
  • Successfully pass a manufacturing assessment
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
  • Willingness to work in a tobaccofree environment
  • Ability to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work occasional weekend shifts with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work 3rd shift 11PM 7AM) with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment for example: safety glasses gloves hats ear plugs and safety shoes with or without reasonable accommodation

Manufacturing Process Operator 04A):

Pay Rate: The pay for this position is $ 21.292 22.455. This position is also eligible for shift premium when you work on an off shift i.e. 2nd or 3rd shift plus $1.00 USD an hour on top of base pay. This posting is expected to close on May 19th 2025.
