Join Our Team as a Buick / GMC Sales Manager C. Harper Auto Group
The C. Harper Auto Group is seeking an Experienced and Passionate Sales Manager to lead our highperforming team at our Buick / GMC dealership in Connellsville PA. As part of our growing organization of over 400 employees youll step into a key leadership role with a company that has proudly served the Greater Pittsburgh and TriState Areas for over 41 years.
Were looking for a dynamic automotive leader with a passion for team development a strong customer focus and a drive to exceed expectations. General Motors (GM) brand experience is a plus but not required.
Lead train and inspire a team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and department goals.
Foster a highenergy collaborative culture focused on performance and customer satisfaction.
Provide mentorship coaching and performance evaluations to support team growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Buick / GMC programs and dealership objectives.
Monitor daily sales activity and implement action plans to exceed performance targets.
Collaborate with marketing on promotions and brandspecific advertising campaigns.
Ensure a seamless customerfirst experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Support Sales Consultants in presenting both new and preowned vehicles highlighting features technology and value.
Oversee daily showroom operations with a focus on efficiency and professionalism.
Manage inventory levels and work with purchasing to maintain an optimal vehicle mix.
Ensure compliance with GM programs and dealership policies.
Track and manage department budgets monthly sales forecasts and P&L statements.
Implement revenue growth strategies while managing department costs.
Report key performance metrics to senior leadership regularly.
25 years of automotive sales management experience with a strong track record of results.
Buick / GMC or General Motors experience is a plus.
High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in Business or a related field preferred.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability and team success.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Skilled in performance coaching and conflict resolution.
Deep understanding of the automotive sales process and customer engagement strategies.
Familiarity with OEM programs financing tradein evaluation and deal structuring.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office CRM platforms and dealer management systems (DMS).
Able to analyze sales data and make datainformed decisions.
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record required.
