In this role you will:
Ensure highest procurement quality for North America.
Manage stakeholders across the region partnering with Sourcing Managers Suppliers and Line of Business Partners.
Execute purchase orders according to standard procedures and policies.
Engage in followup services to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
Collaborate on invoice issues identify risks and drive best practices.
Manage suppliers to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments resolve discrepancies support Master Data team act as subject matter expert and participate in continuous improvement projects.

To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:
Proven experience in procurement and proficiency with procurement systems/software.
Bachelors degree in business supply chain management or a relevant field.
Fluent English (C1 level) written and spoken with excellent communication skills.
Independent decisionmaking problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier proposals and make informed purchasing decisions with availability to work US time zone 14:30 22:30.
