Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Performance Test Lead.
As a Performance Test Leadyou will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the nonfunctional requirements of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis define test strategy & design and execute tests to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate realtime scenarios. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defectfree solutions to meet our clients business needs. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with preferred study in Computer Science Information Science Information Systems Management Math Statistics Operations Research or Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta Georgiaor be willing to relocate one of these areas.
- This position may require travel in the US and Canada.

- Solid work experience in Performance testing preferred more than eight plus years of endtoend performance testing delivery
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with client stakeholders
- Experience in creating Performance test scenarios simulating real world load patterns Create realistic Workload models
- Expertise in Performance testing tool K6(mandatory) Experience in Performance testing tool JMeter LoadRunner
- Expertise in any one APM tool New Relic (preferred) Splunk Dynatrace root cause analysis
- Solid experience performance testing on cloud implementation GCP (GCP preferred) AWS Azure
- Evaluate areas for performance optimization and provide recommendations
- Should be able to analyze business scenarios independently
- Good understanding of the nonfunctional requirements
- Able to evaluate the objectives of the service level agreement
- Good communication and should be able to communicate efficiently with Architects developers to gather requirements
