Job Description
Are you a skilled CRNA looking to join a dynamic anesthesia team KTE Services is working with an anesthesia practice that offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career with competitive compensation flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits.
Position Details
Location: Milwaukee WI
Salary: Competitive compensation starting at $220000 for new graduates with potential for higher earnings based on experience.
Schedule Options:
- 7x70
- 4x10
- 3x13
Cases: All cases except cardiac
Regional Anesthesia: Potential option
Additional Compensation
- Overtime: $200/hour (time and a half after 40 hours block system)
- Earning Potential: No cap with plenty of open shifts available
- SignOn Bonus & Relocation:
- $35000 for a 2year commitment
- $50000 for a 3year commitment
Benefits
- Vacation & Sick Leave:
- 160 hours starting vacation
- 52 hours 7 days) of sick leave
- Continuing Education: 40 additional hours of paid CE time
- Paid Holidays: 8 paid holidays
- Retirement Plan:
- 403(b) with 6 mandatory contribution
- 8 match after 2 years (vested immediately)
