ORACLE PRIMAVERA CLOUD ADMINISTRATOR

The OPC Administrator will be responsible for supporting the implementation configuration and optimization of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) contract. This role will focus on enhancing Unifier capabilities integrating AIdriven language translation tools and supporting Oracle APEX workflows for schedule translation. The OPC Administrator will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless system functionality and efficiency.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on cuttingedge solutions in construction management and AIpowered workflow automation. The selected candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of OPC administration and AI integration within the USACE PPM contract.

This is a remote position with potential onsite support as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain OPC to meet contract requirements and project management needs.
  • Develop workflows dashboards and reporting tools within OPC.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OPC users.
  • Support the deployment and optimization of Oracle Unifier for construction management.
  • Work with internal teams and Oracle to expand operational capabilities.
  • Assist in training initiatives to ensure team readiness for Unifier operations.
  • Support the implementation of Oracle APEX translation tools for schedule conversions.
  • Assist in developing workflows that allow for automated translation of schedules from Korean and Japanese.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate translated schedules into OPC.
  • Assist in the ongoing configuration and optimization of OPC features.
  • Support future initiatives to establish an OPC/P6 subject matter expert within the team.
  • Identify and facilitate training opportunities for team members to develop OPC and P6 expertise.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education Required

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Qualifications Required

  • 3 years of experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) Unifier and/or P6.
  • Experience with Oracle APEX and AIdriven translation tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with construction management terminology and project workflows.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearances as required by the contract.

Preferred Certifications

  • Oracle Primavera P6 or OPC certification
  • Oracle APEX certification (or relevant experience)
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification

Clearance Required

  • Must be a US Citizen and to obtain Secret security clearance.
