Job Summary
The student will research health care legal issues and summarize conclusions; assist attorneys on a variety of matters including legal issues related to taxexempt organizations patient care academic medical research and other general corporate matters; review general contracts; and assist with various adversarial matters including contract disputes employment litigation and medical staff appeals.Qualifications
- Corporate inhouse or law firm setting experience strongly preferred; health care experience and/or class work helpful but not necessary. Strong academic credentials writing and interpersonal skills.
