Job Description
The Workers Compensation Adjuster is responsible for investigating evaluating and resolving workers compensation claims in accordance with company policies and state regulations. The role involves determining the validity of claims coordinating medical treatment and negotiating settlements while providing excellent customer service to claimants and other stakeholders.
Salary
- $42/Hr. $50 (based on experience)
Job Description
- Investigate workers compensation claims to determine the validity and extent of liability.
- Review medical records employment history and other relevant documents.
- Interview claimants witnesses and employers to gather information.
- Coordinate medical treatment and manage medical bills.
- Determine appropriate compensation benefits in accordance with state laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 Years Workers Comp Experience
- Litigated Experience
- Med Only/Indemnity
- Caseloadlitigated.
- Need to be comfortable handling WA Claims
