Haven Studios est un studio de dveloppement de jeux vido bas Montral. En mai 2021 nous nous sommes embarqus dans un voyage pour crer Haven en tant que petite quipe avec de grandes ambitions. Notre objectif tait de btir un studio compos de personnes exceptionnelles o ensemble nous pourrions crer le genre de jeux que nous avons toujours voulu crer des jeux auxquels nous avons toujours souhait jouer. Chez Haven nous pensons que la bienveillance ladaptabilit et un optimisme sans faille permettent datteindre lexcellence crative. Nous sommes un studio hybride qui favorise la flexibilit la concentration et la collaboration de nos quipes.
Haven a rejoint la famille PlayStation Studios en tant que premire quipe de dveloppement de jeux Sony au Canada en 2022.
Nous avons fait des progrs tonnants en peu de temps grce notre quipe talentueuse et passionne et ses excellentes contributions. Notre premier jeu Fairgames est en cours de dveloppement pour PlayStation et PC. Fairgames est un jeu daction et de braquage multijoueur comptitif dont la vision est de construire un monde systmique et volutif ax sur la libert le frisson et le jeu qui divertira et engagera les joueureuses pour les annes venir.
Poste Programmeureuse UI Senior
Nous recherchons une Programmeureuse UI senior pour se joindre notre quipe. Vous participerez la conception et limplmentation de nouveaux menus et huds tout en crant une bote outils UI solide et performante pour les artistes UI/UX. En travaillant au sein dune quipe multidisciplinaire votre travail permettra doffrir une exprience UI/UX de la plus haute qualit nos joueureuses.

Lea Programmeureuse UI relvera dude la Producteurtrice Technique.
Responsabilits et tches
Dvelopper mettre en uvre et maintenir une bote outils UI utilise par les artistes UI/UX
Dvelopper implmenter et maintenir divers menus et huds 2D & 3D)
Dvelopper des solutions logicielles UI optimises et adaptes au moteur UI
Documenter les systmes UI et dfinir des mthodologies standard UI
Qualifications recherches
8 ans dexprience professionnelle en dveloppement de logiciels
5 ans dexprience pertinente
Excellentes comptences en matire de codage et de dbogage en C avec une exprience en matire doptimisation du code
Familiarit avec les concepts UI/UX
Intrt pour le travail sur diverses tches lies linterface utilisateur y compris les tches de moteur dinterface utilisateur
Capacit fonctionner efficacement dans un environnement dquipe tout en priorisant votre propre charge de travail
BS en informatique ou exprience quivalente
Qualifications souhaites
Exprience en dveloppement avec Unreal Engine et technologie UMG
Exprience de travail dans un autre middleware UI
Exprience du dveloppement UI sur console (PlayStation) et sur PC
Exprience du jeu en direct
Formation en ergonomie logicielle

Haven joined the PlayStation Studios family as the first Sony game development team in Canada in 2022.

Position Senior UI Programmer
We are looking for a Senior UI Programmer to join the Haven Interactive Studios project team. The Senior UI Programmer will design and implement new menus & huds while building a solid and performant UI toolkit for the UI/UX artists. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team the Senior UI Programmer will enable the highest quality UI/UX experience for our players.
Reporting
The Senior UI Programmer will report to a Technical Producer.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop implement and maintain a UI toolkit used by UI/UX artists
Develop implement and maintain various menus and huds 2D & 3D)
Development optimized UI software solutions tailored to the UI engine
Document UI systems and define UI standard methodologies
Minimum Qualifications
8 years professional software development skills
5 years experience as a UI programmer
Excellent C coding and debugging skills with experience in code optimization
Familiar with UI/UX concepts
Interest in working on various UI related tasks including UI engine tasks
Ability to function effectively in a team environment while prioritizing your own workload
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing with Unreal Engine and UMG technology
Experience working in another UI middleware
UI development experience on console (PlayStation) and PC development
Live game experience
Education background in software ergonomics
