About your new employer:

About the role:
- Advising contractors subcontractors asset owners and developer clients.
- Drafting and negotiating a range of construction and infrastructure agreements across sectors such as commercial retail industrial and mining.
- Supporting litigation matters related to payment claims defects and security disputes.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with 35 years PQE with excellent knowledge of construction obligations for major development projects.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by excellent academic records.
- Has a commercial approach excellent drafting skills and the ability to work well under pressure within a collegiate team.
