Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and associated Adobe tools. This role is responsible for creating designing testing and implementing software applications with a focus on AEMbased solutions. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in software engineering a passion for innovative design and strong leadership capabilities.
This role involves managing development efforts guiding junior team members and collaborating with crossfunctional stakeholders. You will also play a critical role in the certification implementation and continuous improvement of missioncritical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement new software solutions using Adobe Experience Manager and related technologies.
- Support application deployment maintenance and enhancements in both development and production environments.
- Lead the integration of AEM Forms with various data sources and enterprise systems.
- Utilize Adobe Workfront for project and workflow management.
- Participate in the testing and certification of new applications and updates through code reviews analysis and quality assurance practices.
- Provide consultation to senior leadership on technical strategies and software architecture.
- Mentor junior developers and support team growth through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.
- Manage multiple priorities and complex software projects with ingenuity and flexibility.
- Ensure adherence to best practices established guidelines and compliance requirements.
