Description
Hire Resolves client a reputable and wellestablished civil construction company specializing in infrastructure development is currently seeking a Construction Manager for a civil infrastructure project based in George. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and oversee a largescale project involving earthworks concrete structures and pipework.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations onsite ensuring work progresses according to plan and specifications.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors materials and resources efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety quality and environmental standards.
Monitor project timelines and budgets identifying and mitigating potential delays.
Report to senior management and stakeholders on project status and site conditions.
Lead site meetings and liaise with engineers consultants and clients.
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (BTech BSc or BEng).
Proven experience in managing civil infrastructure projects preferably including earthworks concrete work and pipe installations.
A few years of experience in construction management is preferred.
Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
Valid drivers license and willingness to be based in George for the duration of the project.
