Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop long term strategic plans by customer to drive market / customer penetration in support of Orders Sales Cash and Contribution Margin growth.
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers
  • Drive a sales pipeline on complex multioffering transactions that may include Parts Lifecare Services Turbine / Generator Upgrades Digital Solutions and LongTerm Service / Parts Agreements.
  • Develop and maintain key Account Plans with detailed insights focused on Customers Strategy Customer ESG Policies Organizational Structures Buying Behaviors Outage and Opportunity Forecasts
  • Continuously monitor and drive the development of the opportunity pipeline for regional opportunities

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline from an accredited college or university OR (High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in the Power Generation Industry)
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the Power Generation Industry
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working with and knowledge of Gas and Steam Turbine / Generator technology products and services
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing Sales Project Management or Customer Service in the Power Generation industry.

  • Provide leadership through the formulation and of proposal strategies that capitalize on GEs competitive strengths to serve the customers needs while meeting GEs business goals.
  • Support the maintenance of accurate and current project and opportunity information in Sales Force
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and influence in a matrix environment
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Time management skills and ability to work across functions
  • Ability to work independent

The base pay range for this position is$92800..00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety offactors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for a(25 performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity).

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110 120 or 130 of salary in certain areas.
