The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning developing and conducting external and internal agency training. This includes but is not limited to New Employee Orientation agency inservice training and other training that will promote staff and community development
Plans and conducts new employee orientation
Collaborates with agency leaders to maintain a new employee orientation program that provides best practices for the training of new staff
Maintains Employee training database and compiles information related to staff that have not met quarterly training expectations in a timely manner
Collaborates with agency leaders to plan and develop internal and/or external training in areas such as Trauma Informed Care or Trauma Resilient Communities

Bachelors Degree from an accredited university
Be at least 21 years of age.
Demonstrate exceptional time management.
Can demonstrate flexibility and ability to manage multiple and changing tasks.
Be able to perform on train Safe Crisis Management (physical techniques)
