Job Description
Our recruiting agency has partnered with an East Coast law firm to assist their Fort Myers Florida office in hiring a litigation attorney with portable business. Ideally the attorney fit would be a litigator on the defense side of personal injury negligence premises liability auto accidents property damage and first and thirdparty liability claims.
Bring your established or evolving practice to a successful firm with a full complement of back office financial professional management and marketing support. The firm enjoys a large Florida client base in insurance defense and litigation from which to build your practice upon.
Required Skills/Qualifications- Experience in general litigation product liability and professional liability litigation (defense)
- Admission to practice in the State of Florida in good standing
- Exceptional research writing and analytical skills with a commitment to delivering precise highquality work
- Portable business desired
- Billing ofhours annually
- The successful candidate has an ownership mentality and business development abilities.
- Approximately $160000 depending on billables experience credentials and other factors plus a bonus based on productivity.
- Hybrid remote or onsite (inoffice) work location offered.
