The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
Application Portfolio Management (APM) Lead within the Digital function responsible for:
Establishing a unified foundational Application Inventory to promote data quality visibility and integrity
Creating a standard taxonomy to classify applications aligned with RTXs ServiceNow CMDB data model
Establish governance frameworks to ensure effective application lifecycle management
What You Will Do:
Application Portfolio Governance Establish and governance frameworks and standards to ensure effective application lifecycle management compliance and alignment with strategy.
APM Tooling Implementation & Management Implement and maintain Application Portfolio Management (APM) tooling i.e. ServiceNow APM
Data Management & Analytics Ensure accurate and comprehensive application data by defining metadata standards integrating sources (CMDB HAM SAM etc. to enable datadriven decisionmaking
Application Rationalization Conduct portfolio assessments to identify redundant obsolete or underutilized applications optimizing costs reducing technical debt and improving efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance Committees Work with Digital leaders enterprise architects and business unit application teams to maintain governance structures define application ownership and drive strategic decisionmaking.
Technology Roadmap & Continuous Improvement Develop and evolve the APM strategy and roadmap.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors degree and10 years applicable experience or equivalent with at least 35 years of S2P Applications and procurement experience including:
Perform S2P Applications configuration/maintenance
Knowledge of Procurement and Material Management within S2P processes with focus on systems support.
Knowledge of technical solution development process and system integration techniques to include process flow diagram preparation with strong analytical skills and technical troubleshooting skills strong written and verbal communication skills
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

The salary range for this role is 147000 USD 295000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
