Responsibilities
Primary duties will include:
- Supporting our Mandarinspeaking clients with account and platform inquiries
- Executing trades over the phone
- Conduct trade investigations
- Generate trade reports and statistics for clients and management
- Deliver solutionfocused service in all aspects of the customer experience
- Adapt to changes in regulations and policies/procedures
- Applicants need to be available to work in different shifts/ public holidays per request.
- Work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment by assisting clients and delivering solutionfocused results.
- Desire to learn and utilize new concepts related to industry licensing regulations policies/procedures and available programs/services
- Excellent consultative rapportbuilding listening and communication skills
- Always demonstrate a positive and professional image
Qualifications
To land this role you will need:
- Strong mathematical analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timelines
- Excellent listening written and verbal communication skills
- Financial services experience is preferable especially in FX and CFDs however onsite training is provided
- Client service experience will be highly advantageous
- A degree or working towards a degree in a relevant field. Exceptional candidates without a degree may still be considered provided they have related skills and experience
- Native Mandarin speakers proficient in written Mandarin
