FP&A Analyst Animal Nutrition EMEA (reporting to Global Animal Nutrition FP&A with dotted line to Finance Director Animal Nutrition EMEA)

Location: Pozna
Responsibilities
- Support in the budgeting 5Y Plan and forecasting process
- Support in monthly financial close process with review/analysis
- Financial database maintenance
- Creation and development of BI tools
- Preparation of ad hoc financial analysis
- Collaboration with EMEA Management Commercial Operations Supply Chain and Finance (EMEA & Global Animal Nutrition CFO Animal Nutrition & Global Animal Nutrition FP&A team)
- Ad hoc/reporting support for Global Animal Nutrition FP&A
- Preferable Masters degree in Accounting or Economics
- Minimum 3 years experience inControlling or Accounting
- Language English fluent
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (focus on Excel with data tables pivots lookups etc.
- PowerBI knowledge is a plus
- Focused on accuracy and attention to detail
- High proficiency with multiple systems
- Effective oral and written communication skills as well as ability to interface with people on various levels
- Selfstarter with ability to manage own workload to meet agreed deadlines
- Skilled in problem solving with a proactive and pragmatic approach
- Positive can do hands on attitude
- Able to work in a challenging environment with multiple changing and competing priorities
- Results and continuous improvement oriented; able to drive initiatives and lead changes
- Willingness to work 3 days per week form the Pozna office
