Responsibilities
The Core Measure Abstractor is accountable for the collection and data entry of detailed clinical information obtained from medical records in accordance with established guidelines.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- Completion of college or vocational level anatomy and physiology courses required
Experience:
- 1 year of medical record healthcare support or related experience required
- Epic experience working with patient charts in Epic (reviewing vitals reporting etc. preferred.
- Experience working with patient charts and EHR systems preferred
