Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Coordinator where youll blend operations and human resources tasks to support our site employees and continuously improve our inventory management processes. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and enjoy being the goto person for both employees and operations this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Operations and HR on hiring onboarding and training to maintain a fully staffed team.
Design and manage the weekly crew schedule to align with plant operations.
Contribute to audit compliance ensuring adherence to SQF customer and government standards.
Work with plant leadership to create an engaging supportive work environment.
Provide topnotch customer service to team members and visitors alike.
Audit daily reports for accuracy and make necessary inventory adjustments.
Train and guide shift leaders to ensure consistent scheduling inventory and reporting practices.
Recommend solutions for inventory and reporting issues to enhance efficiency.
Implement continuous improvement practices and monitor key metrics.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED with 24 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
Strong ethics and integrity with a focus on data accuracy and safety compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office ERP systems and basic math skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to write reports present information and respond to questions.
Ability to solve practical problems and work with various types of instructions.
Physical & Work Environment:
Office and plant environment with regular movement and interaction with team members and visitors.
Occasional afterhours support may be required.
