ALevel Maths Teacher Outstanding School Surrey
An Outstanding Ofstedrated secondary school in Surrey with a highly successful Sixth Form requires a dedicated and experienced ALevel Maths Teacher to join their Mathematics department. This is a fulltime permanent position focused on delivering highquality teaching at Key Stage 5 although some Key Stage 4 teaching may be involved.
Responsibilities:
The successful ALevel Maths Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering challenging and engaging lessons that prepare students for success in ALevel Mathematics (and potentially Further Mathematics depending on experience). You will foster a deep understanding of advanced mathematical concepts develop students problemsolving abilities and provide rigorous assessment and feedback. Contributing to the ALevel curriculum and supporting students with university applications are key aspects of this ALevel Maths Teacher role.
Requirements:
Applicants must be a qualified Maths Teacher (QTS) with a strong degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject. Proven experience and a strong track record of successfully teaching ALevel Maths is essential. The ability to teach Further Mathematics would be an advantage. Excellent subject knowledge strong communication skills and the ability to motivate ambitious students are required for this ALevel Maths Teacher position.
