The Opportunity
This is a key crossfunctional role focused on enabling success for customers and internal teams alike. As a Solution Architect at Spiideo youll be a strategic technical partner from first customer interaction through onboarding and integration. Youll help design scalable solutions that meet customer needs align with our product vision and support longterm commercial growthwithout compromising the ability to scale.
Youll act as a trusted advisor in sales dialogues a connector across teams and a driver of structured solutionoriented delivery. Your work will directly influence Spiideos ability to win new business and deliver repeatable success.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborative Solution Architecture
Partner with Engineering Product and Commercial teams to design robust scalable solutions. Proactively shape the customer journey from initial contact by clearly defining scope success criteria and technical fit. - CustomerFacing Leadership
Lead customerfacing technical conversations with clarity and empathy. Help customers understand how Spiideo fits into their workflows simplify complexity and build trust and confidence. - Partner to Sales Not a Gatekeeper
Support Sales with proposals RFPs and technical strategycrafting compelling narratives that win deals while safeguarding product scalability. Your goal is to enable success not to block innovation. - ScalablebyDesign Thinking
Anticipate custom needs and guide discussions toward repeatable solutions. Help internal teams balance shortterm opportunities with longterm architecture always with a mindset of sustainable growth. - API & Integration Enablement
Be the goto expert for Spiideos Public API. Help customers integrate efficiently with minimal engineering friction both pre and postsale.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in solution architecture systems integration and SaaS environments
- A productfirst mindset and passion for scalable repeatable solutions
- Curiosity about customer workflows and a strong drive to deliver realworld impact
- Excellent communicator and confident presenter in English
- Experience working across commercial product and engineering teams
- A collaborative team player who thrives on helping others succeedcustomers and colleagues alike
- Proactive and structured with a leadership mindset focused on finding solutions and setting clear but flexible technical direction
- A genuine passion for sports and sports technology
