About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and wellconnected Content Producer to lead the agenda and speaker curation for our B2B technology conferences provided to our Aurora Live members in Germany. In this role youll work at the intersection of technology business strategy and innovation shaping programs that attract senior decisionmakers from Germanys most influential techdriven companies.
Youll be responsible for researching trends finding thought leaders and building strong relationships with Clevel executives policymakers and innovators from the largest German enterprises.
What Youll Contribute:
- Design conference agendas that reflect the most pressing trends in enterprise tech such as digital transformation AI industry 4.0 sustainability and cybersecurity.
- Identify recruit and secure highcaliber speakers including Csuite executives technologists and thought leaders from Germanys top companies and institutions.
- Conduct deep market and industry research to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling narratives and ensure content aligns with the events brand and positioning.
- Manage timelines speaker briefings and collaboration coordination in the leadup to the event.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years experience in conference production content curation or B2B media (experience with German tech or industrial sectors is a strong plus) with track record on speaker acquisition on high level decision makers.
- Demonstrated success in securing senior speakers (VP/Clevel) from leading corporations or public institutions.
- Strong understanding of Germanys tech and enterprise landscape including key players in software industrial tech mobility and digital innovation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with precision and speed.
- A genuine interest in technology innovation and business trends.
