Job Description

Multinational company that specializes in providing innovative technology solutions to diverse clients globally is looking for a Country Head for Sales to increase the market share overseas. You will be responsible for the success of the expansion of the company into a foreign market overseeing all aspects of the business

Objectives:

  • A seasoned Sales Professional with exceptional track record in tech sales and building new relationships in the Banking and Financial space with the intent to accelerate the company footprint past success in establishing presence in a new region through growth from existing and new relationships with clients
  • A successful incumbent should have had ahigh degree of success in opening acquiring managing and growing a book of business from scratch; and past experience in leading clients through large transformation initiatives by helping them reimagine and reinvent their business for improved profitability and operational excellence.
  • She/he would work with the Portfolio Teams and Tribes to bring the best of the company to clients by crafting the gotomarket strategy identifying the playing field shaping the most suitable proposition and building a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Recruit the very best talent in this new market
  • Develop marketing and production teams with local expertise
  • Synthesize monthly quarterly and annual reports on progress and development
  • Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity

What youll be doing

  • Identify market potential via a thorough strategic planning process
  • Leverage past relationships and references towards lead generation
  • Generate leads and identify new opportunities with new clients and strategic partners
  • Build rapport with potential account stakeholders including CXO level relationships; showcasing our offerings and anticipating objections
  • Opportunity identification and ownership; validation and qualification

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of It Services Sales into new accounts with a focus on Banking & Financial Services offerings
  • At least 5 years experience in setting up expanding business to new country.
  • Experience with presales giving detailed information about technical specifications and the ways in which they could meet a customers needs
  • Ability to brings teams together highenergy sales strong problemsolving skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to build active relationships across the company with key stakeholders such as delivery consulting senior management practiceunits external vendors/partners thirdparty advisors etc.
  • Fluent english (bilingual)

Hybrid Mode: Buenos Aires Argentina. 2/3 times per week.
