About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Data Lead to spearhead our data strategy and enhance our datadriven decisionmaking processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading data teams managing data architecture and implementing scalable data solutions across the organisation.
Data Strategy and Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with company goals.
- Oversee the design and implementation of data architecture and pipelines.
- Ensure the accuracy security and compliance of data across all platforms.
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead and mentor a team of data professionals to optimize performance and growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the data team.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate data insights into business operations.
Data Analytics and Reporting
- Implement advanced analytics to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Develop and maintain data reporting systems to support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Ensure best practices in data analytics and governance are consistently applied.
Technology and Tools
- Leverage industryleading tools and technologies to enhance data management capabilities.
- Evaluate and integrate new data technologies to improve data processing efficiency.
- Promote the use of Machine Learning and AI to advance data initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 8 years in data management roles with a focus on strategic leadership.
- Skills: Expertise in data architecture analytics tools (e.g. SQL Python R) and data governance practices.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science or related field; Masters preferred.
