Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and amp; Planning
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Forecast sales volumes and plan targets by product territory and channel.
Analyse market trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers Territory Sales Officers and Sales Executives.
Set performance goals monitor progress and provide regular feedback and training.
Foster a performancedriven and customercentric sales culture.
Channel and amp; Distribution Management
Expand and manage dealer/distributor network.
Ensure proper channel engagement inventory management and conflict resolution.
Implement schemes promotional offers and marketing activities at the ground level.
Business Development
Identify new market opportunities and expand business for pan India
Build strategic partnerships with key accounts (e.g. builders architects institutions).
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
Reporting and amp; Analysis
Regularly review sales performance metrics and generate detailed reports for senior management.
Monitor budgets costs and profitability at regional and product levels.
Track ROI on campaigns product launches and initiatives.
CrossFunctional Coordination
Work closely with marketing supply chain product development and finance teams to ensure smooth of sales plans.
Provide market feedback for product improvement and new product development.
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduations (preferable MBA/PGDM in Marketing)
Experience: 15 20 years in B2C/ trade sales/ Channel Sales; minimum 510 years in a senior leadership role in the and nbsp;Decorative paints
