About the Role:
We re looking for a techsavvy Desktop Support Engineer to provide toptier IT support to our team! You ll troubleshoot hardware/software issues manage tickets and ensure smooth operations across Windows/Mac environments. If you love solving problems and thrive in a fastpaced setting this role is for you!
What You ll Do:
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops laptops printers and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Troubleshoot Windows 7 10 Office 365 Active Directory and enterprise apps.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve AV/network issues.
- Perform hardware repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Document solutions in ticketing systems and meet SLAs.
Requirements
Skills We re Looking For:
- Technical: Windows OS GPOs MDM antivirus/encryption tools basic networking.
- Soft Skills: Stellar communication multitasking and a customerfirst attitude.
- Certifications (Bonus): CompTIA A MCP or similar.

Education
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (OR) Diploma/Certification in IT/Computer Systems with 2+ years of hands-on desktop support experience. Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator.
