Job Description

Location: Naberezhnaya Tower Presnenskaya Naberezhnaya Moscow (Onsite)
Experience: 1 2 years in IT support
Certifications: CompTIA A / MCP (preferred)

About the Role:
We re looking for a techsavvy Desktop Support Engineer to provide toptier IT support to our team! You ll troubleshoot hardware/software issues manage tickets and ensure smooth operations across Windows/Mac environments. If you love solving problems and thrive in a fastpaced setting this role is for you!

What You ll Do:
  • Provide L1/L2 support for desktops laptops printers and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
  • Troubleshoot Windows 7 10 Office 365 Active Directory and enterprise apps.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve AV/network issues.
  • Perform hardware repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Document solutions in ticketing systems and meet SLAs.

Requirements

Skills We re Looking For:
  • Technical: Windows OS GPOs MDM antivirus/encryption tools basic networking.
  • Soft Skills: Stellar communication multitasking and a customerfirst attitude.
  • Certifications (Bonus): CompTIA A MCP or similar.

Windows OS Support 7/10, Active Directory, GPOs) Hardware Troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals) Microsoft Office 365 & Collaboration Tools (e.g., Cisco Jabber) Basic Mac OS Support Mobile Device Management (iOS/Android) Ticketing Systems (ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, etc. Enterprise Antivirus/Encryption Solutions Remote Support Tools (TeamViewer, RDP, etc. Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, connectivity issues) Customer Service & Communication (fluent in English/Russian) Bonus: CompTIA A+ or MCP certification.

Education

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (OR) Diploma/Certification in IT/Computer Systems with 2+ years of hands-on desktop support experience. Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator.
