Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lab Inspector to manage and verify construction material testing for a largescale infrastructure/bridge project. The ideal candidate will ensure all materials conform to required standards through rigorous testing and documentation.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and conduct material testing including soil concrete asphalt aggregates and steel.
Review test procedures and ensure adherence to ASTM BS AASHTO or other relevant standards.
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment regularly to ensure accuracy.
Prepare and validate test reports for submission to consultants and contractors.
Investigate material failures and suggest corrective measures.
Ensure proper sampling handling and storage of materials as per guidelines.
Coordinate with the site team for timely collection and testing of samples.
