Job Description
What Youll Do:
Analyze and interpret construction plans and specifications
Prepare accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for paving and asphalt projects
Manage project timelines budgets and subcontractors from start to finish
Oversee job site operations to ensure compliance and quality standards
Collaborate with clients suppliers and engineers for smooth project
Proactively identify project risks and implement solutions
Maintain adherence to safety guidelines and construction best practices
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
3 years of experience in reading plans and/or project management within the construction paving or asphalt industry
Background in civil engineering preferred (or proven expertise in the industry)
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office tools
Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work independently (estimating) and lead teams onsite (project management)
Willingness to put in the effort required to drive successful outcomes
