Requirements
Location:
Role is based at our new U.S. HQ in Huntersville NC
Your Role:
Reporting to the CCO you ll lead U.S. financial operations including accounting tax reporting compliance and budgeting. You ll collaborate with internal teams across the U.S. Italy Mexico and Canada and be instrumental in building the foundation for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage A/P A/R billing GL monthly closes and audits
Prepare financial statements and executive reporting
Ensure tax and regulatory compliance
Strengthen internal controls and streamline processes
Lead financial planning and analysis for the U.S. business

MustHave Experience:
5 15 years in finance/accounting (CPA/CMA preferred)
Strong GAAP knowledge
Experience working in a distributor model with KeHE C&S or UNFI
Prior experience with international brands or teams
Systemssavvy with strong Excel and communication skills
