About the Role

Aston Martin Financial Services (AMFS) plays a vital role in supporting our customers and global dealer network by delivering world-class retail and wholesale finance solutions. Were now looking for a Financial Services Analyst to help shape and support the future development of AMFS globally.

Financial Services in the ultra-luxury automotive sector focuses on the provision of bespoke funding facilities enabling retail customers to purchase lease or hire a car.

Youll support our residual value management activities lead on customer-facing digital projects and provide insightful reporting that enables informed decision-making across the business. Youll work closely with regional and central commercial teams our product function and our finance partners in key markets ensuring processes run smoothly and customer outcomes are front of mind. This is a varied and collaborative role ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams analysing data and building strong partnerships.

What Were Looking For

Essential - You will most likely have worked in a consumer credit environment and have knowledge of asset finance. Being able to analyse the relationship between cost and value as well as the effect of market conditions on lending and consumer appetite is essential. You would ideally have specific knowledge of automotive finance processes including residual value forecasting and compliance. Being financially literate with the ability to interpret a balance sheet or understand the components of a finance deal would also strengthen your application.

Essential - You should be confident analysing data and translating your findings into clear actionable insights. Project management experience is also important as youll help deliver the digitisation of AMFS services and marketing tools.

Valuable You could have experience of working in/or around ultra luxury high value goods and services. This will have exposed you to the demands of a discerning clientele but also the likelihood of sustainable future value.

Desirable You may have held a position within a car dealership environment requiring strong presentation and interpersonal skills and this would be of interest to us.

Competency in Excel PowerPoint and general business software is expected. Familiarity with Salesforce would be helpful but not essential.

What to Expect

This is not a routine role variety is part of the day-to-day. You can expect to:

• Attend meetings and calls with global finance partners
• Collaborate with internal teams across product commercial and regional functions
• Analyse used car sales data and residual values
• Project-manage digital enhancements to improve the customer finance journey
• Support the planning and delivery of an annual industry conference
• Travel internationally on occasion to visit key partners and support regional projects
• Listen learn and grow into the role with increasing responsibility over time
