The Transition/IT Lead will work in the Global HRIS transition project.
This role requires expertise in Application Management Services (AMS)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and provide leadership for the resources supporting the break/fix efforts of the HR application
Act as primary point of contact to monitor and triage HR IT issues
Research inquiries using available information resources and redirect problems to the appropriate resource
Lead effort in tracking issues and resolutions; identify situations requiring urgent attention
Stay current with any supported system information changes and updates
Analyze and assess technical issues (Desktop Network Application Other)
Understand and follow defined technical standards security and data privacy standards and best practices
Perform other duties as assigned
Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards
Key Performance Indicators:
On time delivery Change management effectiveness
Qualification:
Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or other relevant fields
Technical and/or functional HR background is a plus
Functional Skills/Competencies:
Ability to learn new skills and adapt quickly
Ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess the clients needs and situation
Strong attention to detail problem solving skills and customer service orientation
Good to have knowledge on Workday HCM not mandatory
Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely followup and resolution
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced selfdirected teambased environment
Ability to think clearly under pressure and in stressful environments
Ability to troubleshoot and provide support; high technical aptitude with the ability to grasp technical concepts and details
