LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Correctional Facility; Lima OH

Requirements of the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
- Preferred to have previous LPN experience
- MUST hold a current CPR Certification
- MUST hold an active LPN license
Responsibilities of the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
- Follow a designated care plan by patients needs
- Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication wound care treatments and procedures
- Monitor clients conditions; report changes to RNS
