Job Description
- Develop monitor and adapt health strategies in line with the Group Strategy for the Rustenburg WL Operations.
- Develop and implement plans in support of the strategy and ensure that all health risks are identified and that appropriate plans are in place to mitigate health risks.
- Oversee the provision of both Occupational and Clinical health care in support of the strategy.
- Ensure excellence in compliance with internal and external health standards.
- Oversee the reporting of health performance to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- A degree in Medical Mining or related sciences is essential.
- A post graduate degree or diploma in Health Mining or related sciences is advantageous.
- A business management qualification is advantageous.
- Experience in Mining Health is advantageous.
- Ten 10 years experience in a Senior Management and Leadership role
- In depth knowledge of business process particularly related to the provision and delivery of health care.
- Indepth knowledge of the legislative framework for health.
- Strong strategic thinking ability.
- Leadership and influencing skills
- Planning and organising skills
- Strong analytical and financial skills

Education
