Our client is a leading logistics company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Refine the implementation plan in line with the Vietnam business development strategy set by the Sales Director.
Support the Sales Director in team management oversee routine sales operations and run training programs to enhance team performance.
Refine and assign the performance evaluation plan monitor progress and provide timely feedback.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients and domestic logistics partners executing partnership strategies effectively.
Lead the team in responding to market demands support product development activities and address customers varying needs.
Work with the team to grow the European client base by following the expansion roadmap and applying the appropriate sales approaches to hit target outcomes.
Contribute to building a structured sales reporting and analysis framework to support datadriven decisionmaking.
Coordinate staff to carry out daily tasks such as flight schedule updates/releases capacity management order placement system input and cargo tracking.
Maintain smooth collaboration across departments and with the group headquarters to facilitate consistent business flow and resource alignment.
A bachelors degree or higher.
Possesses at least 5 years of relevant sales experience in airfreight forwarding.
Deep understanding of the air cargo sales model and a strong client base.
Strong results orientation with sharp negotiation and relationship management skills.
Demonstrates high ethical standards reliability and resilience in highpressure settings.
Committed to longterm growth and career development in Vietnam.
