This is a remote position.
Title: Sales Medical
Type: Fulltime Contractor (Remote)
Location: Work from home
Salary: $800 a month uncapped 5 commission

Main Responsibilities:
Help patients book medical appointments via phone WhatsApp chat and email
Convert inbound leads into bookings through timely and engaging communication
Coordinate appointments between patients and clinics in English
Suggest suitable treatments and promotional offers
Use CRM tools (Zoho) to log track and follow up with leads
Maintain strong communication with internal teams and clinics
Ensure high attendance rates by following up with patients
Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries or issues
Attend scheduled team meetings and coaching sessions
Support the company s mission to build the world s largest medical marketplace
Requirements
Experience & Skills:
1 3 years of sales or customer service experience (not necessarily in the medical field)
At least 1 year of cold calling/outbound sales experience
Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
Comfortable handling high volumes of calls chats and messages
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently from a home office
NicetoHave (Not required):
Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho (training provided if needed)
Some knowledge of medical terminology
Technical Requirements:
Stable highspeed internet
Computer and smartphone with audio/video capability
