What is the role that we need
Key Responsibilities:
Aggregate compile and normalize large sets of hedge fund and private equity investor data
Preparation of daily monthly and quarterly upload files for Client Reporting database
Ensure data integrity for all standardized and customizable reporting
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Liaise and develop relationships with custodians third party administrators and other vendors
Trade Recording & IBOR Oversight:
Manage trade input validation and updates in the IBOR system.
Ensure timely and accurate trade capture across various asset classes.
Resolve complex trade discrepancies with onshore custodians and counterparties.
Valuations & Pricing Analysis:
Conduct periodic valuations and review pricing data for accuracy.
Ensure adherence to internal policies in pricing methodologies.
Investigate pricing discrepancies and collaborate with onshore team.
Reporting & Reconciliation:
Prepare and review investment reports for internal stakeholders.
Perform trade and valuation reconciliations against custodians and brokers.
Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks escalating when necessary.
Requirements
Job Requirements and Credentials:
Essential (MUST HAVE)
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
13 years of experience in investment operations fund accounting or middle office.
Proficiency in IBOR systems and investment management platforms.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Desired (Plus but not a requirement)
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of VBA SQL or Python is a plus.
